Our involvement in policy initiatives is a critical element in making green building "business as usual". Whether we are helping an institution integrate guidelines for green building, or helping a city re-evaluate its process of review and approval, we facilitate conditions that are conducive to successful sustainable construction efforts. We engage both "carrot" and "stick" methods, creating standards and regulations, and financial and other incentives to encourage changes in current practices.
